No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
Authorization must be obtained within 3 days of receipt of the product.

Original shipping & handling or statue pick up charges are not refundable.

Factory will replace items that arrive damaged, including shipping,
provided we are notified within 3 business day of receipt.

Due to the fact that factory make and paint most products to order,
factory cannot accept returns for any other reasons.
If you still want to return your item you will be responsible for shipping
the item back and subject to a restocking fee at 25% the cost of the item.
